What you will do
- Lead test planning, execution, and regression testing to ensure high-quality releases and staged rollouts.
- Define QA coverage for devices, OS versions, SDKs, ads, IAPs, and remote configurations.
- Drive the development and improvement of QA automation to increase efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and external QA vendors.
- Monitor live performance, investigate crashes and ANRs, and prevent regressions.
- Provide release readiness assessments and maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe.
- 5+ years of experience in Mobile or Instant games QA, primarily on live-operated F2P titles.
- Proven experience building mobile QA automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Unity Test Framework).
- Hands-on experience with IAP flows, ad mediation, ATT/consent frameworks, and attribution SDKs.
- Proficiency with crash reporting tools such as Firebase, Crashlytics, and DataDog.
- Strong analytical skills and professional English communication.
