Senior QA Manager (Mobile Games)

Location: Remote; candidates should be based in the European Union. Berlin office access is available optionally.

What you will do

• Own release quality for a major mobile puzzle game from concept through global launch.
• Plan and execute testing, regression cycles, staged rollouts, and release readiness assessments.
• Define QA coverage for devices, operating systems, store builds, SDKs, advertisements, in-app purchases, analytics, and remote configuration.
• Drive QA automation and improve testing efficiency, coverage, and documentation.
• Investigate crashes, ANRs, freezes, performance issues, and regressions in live releases.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and external QA partners while maintaining Jira and Confluence documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile or instant games experience as a primary QA domain, ideally with live-operated free-to-play titles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with in-app purchase flows, ad mediation, ATT and consent frameworks, attribution SDKs, Unity games, and modern QA workflows.
• Experience building or owning mobile QA automation frameworks, such as Appium or Unity Test Framework.
• Experience with crash reporting and monitoring tools such as Firebase, Crashlytics, or Datadog, plus strong knowledge of mobile stability issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and English communication skills.

• Experience working with external QA vendors or distributed QA teams.
• Experience using modern AI tools to improve testing, documentation, and QA efficiency.
