Senior QA Engineer

What you will do

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, checklists, and automated tests.
• Test complex customer self-service, back-office, native mobile, responsive web, and REST API applications.
• Lead testing activities across projects, including estimation, prioritization, planning, and coordination.
• Identify, communicate, and track quality risks and discovered defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to improve requirements and resolve issues.
• Support solution customization and rollout for new platform clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• At least two years of experience testing native iOS and Android applications, responsive web applications, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong end-to-end testing experience covering critical user journeys and cross-platform integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight, Charles Proxy, Firebase, Jira, API debugging tools, and Browser DevTools.
• Experience designing test cases and risk-based test coverage for complex user journeys.
• Deep understanding of agile QA practices and sprint-based development.
