What you will do

• Improve End-to-End visibility by identifying monitoring gaps and defining meaningful health indicators and KPIs.
• Translate technical incidents and performance issues into clear insights regarding customer and business impact.
• Strengthen continuity and crisis readiness through advanced reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends and translating findings into practical service continuity enhancements.
• Connect stakeholders across IT, Control Room, Operations, Architecture, and Product Management to align decision-making.
• Create compelling narratives that enable stakeholders to understand risks and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis or a comparable role.
• Proven experience with End-to-End monitoring, service visualization, or chain management.
• Knowledge of IT continuity, observability, automation, and service management frameworks.
• Understanding of banking technology environments, governance structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and storytelling skills.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication abilities across organizational levels.
