What you will do

• Recruit and onboard high-volume Affiliates, KOLs, and trading communities.
• Maximize trading volume on Futures and Spot order books within the region.
• Manage end-to-end partnerships and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers.
• Develop and execute content-driven campaigns for user acquisition and active transactions.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide market insights for product optimization.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and refine regional strategies.

Requirements

• Solid affiliate marketing experience specifically within the cryptocurrency space.
• Proven track record of building large affiliate networks from scratch.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in analyzing affiliate KPIs and using data for performance optimization.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Must be based in Germany
