What you will do
- Lead the Project Controlling team and oversee the global project portfolio.
- Partner with Sales and Bid teams to prepare cost models and service model pro formas.
- Own and maintain the company pricing model to support commercial decision-making.
- Manage project financial governance, including forecasts, margin reviews, and reporting standards.
- Responsible for Inventory, WIP, and POA accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Provide line management, coaching, and development for Global Project Accountants.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in IFRS, specifically IFRS 15, revenue recognition, and cost allocation.
- Proven experience in project finance, controlling, and forecasting.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite experience highly desirable).
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the Newcastle office.
