What you will do
- Design and operationalize enterprise-grade cloud platform capabilities on AWS.
- Architect autonomous, self-healing infrastructure systems using AI/ML models.
- Drive AI-powered FinOps and predictive resource optimization to manage cloud spend.
- Define technical standards and reference architectures for firm-wide cloud adoption.
- Collaborate with security, networking, and compliance teams to ensure platform governance.
- Mentor and guide engineers across teams to raise the overall technical bar.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering.
- Deep hands-on expertise with AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, CDK).
- Strong background in platform engineering and building internal developer tools.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Nice to have
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Temporal.
- Background in financial services or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
