What you will do

• Review and provide oversight of cash transactions, including payments and journals, managing escalation and control frameworks.
• Lead the resolution of complex cash queries from internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Drive adherence to internal and external regulations across the team.
• Analyze operational exceptions and implement root cause fixes to reduce recurrence.
• Sponsor automation and re-engineering initiatives to drive process efficiencies and controls.
• Coordinate with global counterparts to optimize follow-the-sun and pass-the-book coverage.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Operations with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong product background in Cash Management and/or Prime Brokerage.
• Meticulous risk control mindset and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Singapore.
