What you will do

• Lead and empower Shift Managers to maintain a high-standard studio environment.
• Oversee live game performance and ensure strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and coordinate training programs.
• Monitor real-time operations and coordinate with Tech, Surveillance, and Admin departments.
• Enforce company policies, studio etiquette, and responsible gaming standards.
• Analyze operational KPIs and provide detailed shift reports to upper management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in live casino operations (e.g., Shift Manager, Pitboss, Senior Dealer).
• Proven track record of leadership and managing operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of studio workflows, card room processes, and casino dynamics.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Malta.
