What you will do

• Monitor live game tables to ensure gameplay accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
• Detect and report collusion, suspicious player behavior, or integrity risks in real-time.
• Manage live incidents by providing clear instructions to floor staff and escalating critical situations.
• Document all incidents, procedural violations, and suspicious activities in internal reporting systems.
• Operate CCTV and surveillance equipment to ensure complete coverage of studio and card room areas.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in surveillance, risk, security operations, or live casino operations.
• Basic understanding of live casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across multiple monitoring systems.
• Ability to interpret procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Must be able to work shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
