IT Technical Support Specialist (igaming)

Location: Onsite in Riga, Latvia

Salary: EUR 8 - 12 per hour (Approx. EUR 1,280 - 1,920 monthly)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for all technical issues.
• Install, administer, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and servers running Windows and Linux.
• Set up and maintain professional studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
• Resolve hardware and software issues related to OS, MS Office, email, and networking.
• Perform full Windows OS setups, including BIOS and driver configurations.
• Monitor the health and functioning of all systems on a 24/7 basis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering IT support services.
• English: B2 level required for effective cooperation in an international environment.
• Strong Windows OS skills, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and MS Office 365.
• Experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fault-finding in software applications.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts and overtime.
• Excellent documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.
