Application Engineer (Flow Control)

What you will do

• Prepare quotations based on technical requirements, commercial conditions, and confirmed delivery times.
• Provide technical support and advice to sales teams, distribution channels, and customers.
• Respond to product and service enquiries and resolve technical sales issues.
• Manage complaints and order-related issues in coordination with Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations.
• Configure flow control systems using specifications, flow charts, and formalized solution representations.
• Coordinate product configuration, installation, customer feedback, and project-to-service transitions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree preferred.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience with valves, flow control, and instrumentation.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and activities.
• Experience resolving day-to-day technical sales issues.
• Experience with SFDC, ERP, CAD, quotation, or CRM systems preferred.
