What you will do

• Manage IT service delivery and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor service performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead major incident and escalation management processes.
• Oversee supplier governance and conduct regular service review activities.
• Ensure service continuity, risk management, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support the transition of new or changed services into live production environments.

Requirements

• Experience in a Service Delivery Management or Service Support role.
• Experience supporting business-critical IT services within a medium to large organization.
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) required.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Experience within regulated industries.
