What you will do

• Define the product vision, GTM strategy, and execution roadmap for the hirify.global Agent framework, Fleet Server, and telemetry collectors.
• Drive remote management capabilities for hirify.global Agent and collector infrastructure to ensure smooth deployment and control at scale.
• Oversee the release strategy for cloud-native deployments, specifically focusing on Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts.
• Advance OpenTelemetry as a primary data shipper and guide the development of receivers and exporters to meet enterprise requirements.
• Manage Logstash enhancements and oversee the maintenance of the Beats repository.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and product marketing to deliver compelling collector experiences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in Product Management with a focus on enterprise infrastructure observability, telemetry collection, or agent frameworks.
• Deep technical familiarity with OpenTelemetry Collector, hirify.global Agent, Filebeat/Beats, and Logstash.
• Proven track record in defining requirements for remote agent management and distributed edge collection systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes operators, Helm Charts, and cloud-native orchestration.
• Experience working with open-source communities and balancing upstream contributions with product requirements.
• Must be based in Greece

Nice to have

• Previous experience in IT Ops, DevOps, SRE, or a customer-facing solution architect/consultant role.
• Familiarity with modern AI productivity tools and emerging AI telemetry requirements.
