What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cargo predictive models and algorithms.
• Own the end-to-end backlog, translating market needs into actionable epics and user stories for engineering and data science teams.
• Prioritize competing demands including accuracy, coverage, and technical debt to balance commercial value with technical feasibility.
• Partner with data science to define model quality metrics and ensure continuous improvement of predictive outputs.
• Act as the primary liaison between commercial teams, analysts, and technical crews to align priorities and resolve ambiguity.
• Track success metrics for model quality and adoption to inform roadmap decisions and communicate impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex, data-driven B2B SaaS products.
• Proven track record of working with engineering teams on data-intensive products, pipelines, and system architecture.
• Demonstrated experience supporting data science or model-driven products with defined KPIs.
• Extensive experience leading agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to translate technical specifications into business requirements.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data, Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
• Agile certifications such as CSPO.
