What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product backlog, translating business priorities into clear epics and user stories.
• Prioritize the roadmap by balancing customer impact, commercial value, and technical feasibility.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
• Partner with engineers and data scientists to optimize data pipelines, API performance, and bulk data delivery for institutional clients.
• Define and monitor product success metrics using adoption and engagement data to shape the roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable and reliable product solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Greece.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Data, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering B2B data, analytics, or SaaS products.
• Experience with data-intensive platforms, including a solid understanding of APIs and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Agile product management practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements.
