What you will do

• Define the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and execution roadmap for the hirify.global Agent framework and Fleet Server.
• Oversee the packaging, testing, and distribution of the hirify.global Distribution for OpenTelemetry (EDOT) and standalone agents.
• Drive the release strategy for cloud-native deployments, specifically focusing on Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts.
• Guide the development of OpenTelemetry receivers and exporters to meet enterprise requirements.
• Lead product initiatives for Logstash and manage the maintenance of the Beats repository.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and product marketing to deliver seamless collector experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Product Management focused on enterprise infrastructure observability or telemetry collection.
• Deep technical familiarity with OpenTelemetry Collector, hirify.global Agent, Filebeat/Beats, and Logstash.
• Proven experience defining requirements for remote agent management and distributed edge collection systems.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts.
• Background in IT Ops, DevOps, SRE, or as a customer-facing solution architect.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team throughout the world.

Nice to have

• Experience working with open-source communities.
• Familiarity with modern AI productivity tools and emerging AI technology stacks.
