What you will do

• Monitor production systems daily, analyzing alerts and early warning signals to prevent outages.
• Manage incident response and lead blameless post-mortems to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Design and maintain comprehensive observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Automate operational tasks using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices to improve deployment efficiency.
• Maintain disaster recovery procedures and conduct regular resilience testing.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to integrate SRE practices into Agile workflows.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• French: Working knowledge or strong willingness to learn required
• Solid experience with Linux administration, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and modern API technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and configuration management tools like Puppet.
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

• Experience with load testing and performance analysis tools.
