Salary: $128,470 - $192,710

What you will do
- Lead the design and development of electrification site solutions from requirements analysis to engineering implementation.
- Translate customer and site requirements into system-level technical specifications and interface definitions.
- Support solution integration, prototype validation, testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, mechanical, quality) to drive design reviews.
- Conduct technical selection and supplier evaluation for key components and subsystems.
- Maintain solution descriptions, design documents, and monitor electrification industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related majors.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Mossville, IL (on-site 5 days per week).
- Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
- Experience in electrification, energy systems, or site solution development.
- Strong technical analysis, systems thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in engineering documentation, design review, and test validation processes.
