What you will do

• Interpret and apply complex lending laws and regulations to firm operations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of license applications, renewals, and amendments.
• Prepare and coordinate regulatory reports for state and federal authorities.
• Analyze and reconcile large data sets to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Advise internal stakeholders on licensing requirements and compliance obligations.
• Draft and maintain internal policies, procedures, and process controls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Compliance, Licensing, Regulatory Reporting, Legal, or Risk Management.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data software such as Alteryx.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mortgage and consumer lending products.
• Experience with the NMLS registration process.
