Salary: $256,000 – $341,000 base

What you will do

• Define and drive the engineering roadmap for CoreWeave compute products.
• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams, including managers and senior ICs.
• Own the availability, reliability, and performance of security product services in production (SLIs/SLOs).
• Partner with Product Management to translate customer requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Oversee the architecture and implementation of secure, scalable, and auditable systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to support complex enterprise deployments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering building production services.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing other managers.
• Proven track record of delivering compute products at a cloud provider, security company, or large-scale SaaS.
• Expertise in designing and operating high-availability distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts (auth, encryption, least privilege, audit logging).
• U.S. person status required for access to export-controlled information.

• Experience working at a cloud provider or hyperscaler.
