What you will do

• Manage daily business operations for CBIE across all lines of business to ensure performance against targets.
• Optimize regulatory reporting by building dashboards and extracting insights using SQL, Snowflake, and Looker.
• Develop and execute local operational and outsourcing processes to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the outsourcing risk management framework and manage third-party risk.
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning growth, strategy, and regulatory priorities.
• Prepare materials for internal and external regulatory meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or operations strategy.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Looker for independent data interrogation and dashboarding.
• Direct experience with outsourcing governance and third-party risk management in regulated financial settings.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured workplans with minimal oversight.
• Experience using generative AI to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
• Must be able to support operations across the EEA.
