Location: Sydney or Melbourne, Australia
Contract: 18-month fixed-term contract

What you will do
- Develop and own the strategic narrative for a transformation program.
- Create executive-level packs and targeted stakeholder communications.
- Establish and execute change management plans aligned with transformation objectives.
- Anticipate risks, manage resistance, and drive adoption across teams.
- Build capability through stakeholder mapping, engagement, training needs analysis, and ongoing support.
- Monitor the impact of change across people, processes, and technology while collaborating with retail stores, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading and embedding large-scale, complex change management programs.
- Experience with technology-enabled change initiatives in high-profile, cross-functional programs.
- Ability to translate complex business and technology information into clear narrative strategies.
- Strong collaboration, coaching, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of change management principles with a practical execution mindset.
- Preferably, experience in retail operations or FMCG.
Nice to have
- ADKAR or PROSCI certification.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Knowledge of the broader retail landscape and continuous improvement.
