What you will do
- Collaborate with Data and Platform teams to shape upstream pipelines for AI and ML requirements.
- Extract and transform large-scale datasets for AI/ML prototyping and model training.
- Design and deploy production-ready pipelines for agentic AI workflows and real-time ML inference.
- Implement data validation, monitoring, quality controls, and lineage for ML features and production models.
- Identify data gaps and introduce new sources to improve AI capabilities and model performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional data engineering experience supporting ML or AI systems in production.
- Strong Python and SQL skills for building complex ETL/ELT pipelines and manipulating ML data.
- Understanding of MLOps, data versioning, and feature store management.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and orchestration tools for LLM and agentic architectures.
- Experience collaborating across engineering disciplines and influencing platform-level data architecture.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, and modern cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
