What you will do

• Lead agentic AI systems end-to-end, including design, security hardening, deployment, and maintenance.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions that bridge business and engineering needs.
• Architect multi-agent systems with a focus on interoperability, security, scalability, and cost.
• Define and monitor benchmarks for agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Own production incident response, including hands-on troubleshooting and 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Advise leadership on AI strategy and mentor team members on LLM and agentic frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Proven experience integrating LLM-based solutions into production at scale using agentic frameworks like CrewAI, LangGraph, or ADK.
• Strong production-quality Python skills with CI/CD discipline and automated testing.
• Experience with AWS production environments (SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM).
• Systems thinking mindset with experience in REST APIs, feature flags, and staged rollouts.
• Ability to build queryable knowledge systems and maintain comprehensive runbooks.
