Location: Must be based in the USA within reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office. Hybrid: expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $129,500 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned with measurable business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive organizational adoption through communication, training, and change management.
• Evaluate Generative AI tools, agents, and automation platforms to advise clients on practical enterprise applications.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to leverage AI and digital technologies.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or technology consulting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, and automation platforms as a practitioner and evaluator.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience serving clients in Energy & Utilities, Transportation & Logistics, or Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms like OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI.
• Agile delivery experience or certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
