What you will do

• Define the company's interoperability strategy to maintain its position as an industry early adopter.
• Represent the organization externally with standards bodies, industry workgroups, and policy stakeholders.
• Lead compliance initiatives regarding CMS interoperability requirements.
• Translate complex implementation guides into clear product, engineering, and business recommendations.
• Build strategic relationships with HL7, Argonaut, Da Vinci Project, and CMS leaders.
• Manage and develop a small team of interoperability engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in US healthcare interoperability, standards, or health tech strategy.
• Deep fluency in FHIR, HL7, and practical healthcare data exchange.
• Meaningful experience with CMS requirements, Da Vinci Project, Argonaut Project, or US Core.
• Established presence and recognized participation in the healthcare interoperability community.
• Ability to translate technical standards into business value and product direction.
• Must be based in the USA (E-Verify company).
