Compensation: $4,463.88 - $5,310.28 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Prepare, maintain, and organize lab supplies and equipment for clinical skills sessions and exams.
• Set up and tear down human patient simulators, task trainers, and AV systems according to established protocols.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and simulation technology.
• Monitor inventory levels and report needs for repair or replacement to the Lab Learning Coordinator.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth program delivery and student learning experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all lab resources.

Requirements

• High school graduation with additional training in a related field.
• Minimum two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to lift or move heavy objects, such as adult-size mannequins.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in an acute care clinical or nursing simulation lab environment.
• Familiarity with medical simulation technologies, AR/VR tools, and basic AI concepts.
• Knowledge of Moulage, AV, and IT systems.
