What you will do

• Create, develop, and maintain BIM objects, templates, and library content based on BIM Lead Team input and project-specific requirements.
• Ensure traceability, documentation, and metadata management of BIM content in the project’s information management systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to identify content needs and support consistent modelling practices.
• Improve and update the BIM object library using feedback and lessons learned across the project lifecycle.
• Support automation of object creation, classification, and data management via scripts, plugins, or dedicated BIM/production tools.
• Provide deployment support, user guidance, and informal training for BIM tools, templates, and workflows.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction, BIM, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM content development, BIM library management, or digital design support for infrastructure/rail/transportation or multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency with major BIM authoring platforms, including parametric object creation and family editing (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Bentley tools, Autodesk Forma).
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and BuildingSMART classifications, plus project-specific modelling requirements.
• Experience managing BIM libraries and metadata-rich BIM/CADD content within large-scale infrastructure or multidisciplinary projects.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
