What you will do

• Contribute to technical and product roadmaps, estimating effort for discovery and high-velocity execution.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn business needs into scalable technical implementations.
• Proactively predict and prevent code and system failures by assessing downstream impacts.
• Own complex initiatives end-to-end, from scoping through production deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Improve code quality via detailed code reviews and establish team best practices for AI-assisted development.
• Lead independent resolution of the most challenging problems in your domain and serve as a technical authority.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely from Mexico or Argentina.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, or a similar quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python and deep experience with ML techniques such as regression, classification, and optimization.
• Proven experience using AWS (S3, Lambda) and SageMaker to build, train, and deploy ML models at scale.
• Strong understanding of product experiment design, analytics, and statistically rigorous analysis.
• Experience building model development pipelines and productionizing models at scale.
