What you will do

• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to define goals and deliver custom data solutions.
• Design and implement ETL processes, optimize queries, automate pipelines, and lead data pipeline development.
• Own projects end-to-end, working directly with clients and guiding technical decisions.
• Mentor team members, foster autonomy, and contribute to technical research.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Participate in candidate interviews to support team growth.

Requirements

• Experience leading and mentoring teams in Data projects, guiding technical decisions.
• Proven collaboration with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong Data Engineering experience building and optimizing data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter).
• Experience with any cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with stream processing tools like Kafka Streams, Kinesis, or Spark.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Solid command of English for technical communication.
