What you will do

• Own external and market-facing projects end to end, from scoping the real problem to delivering a finished outcome.
• Research new domains from scratch, structure the problem, and produce real outputs (working products, plans, frameworks) that get executed.
• Build and ship when needed, going deep technically for projects that require it.
• Write clearly to turn ambiguity into a point of view that stakeholders can act on, and drive alignment across functions.
• Make decisions with incomplete information and adjust as you learn.
• Drive multi-million dollar initiatives from concept through execution with accountability for outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years owning hard, ambiguous problems and driving them to completion.
• Proven ability to build something real from scratch (product, company, business line, or technical system) and understand zero-to-one execution.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects while keeping ownership of the thread.
• Track record of shipped work with real outcomes and measurable numbers.
• Strong written communication skills (show your work clearly and directly).
• Authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorship may be required).
