Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Westminster, CO (Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site). Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Salary: $128,000 – $187,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead reliability engineering initiatives for the hirify.global Hub platform and supporting infrastructure.
• Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for software and infrastructure delivery.
• Operate and improve cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS-native services.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues related to networking, performance, and reliability.
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance deployment safety, observability, and operational readiness.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate infrastructure automation and documentation while maintaining high security and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE with ownership of production systems.
• Strong proficiency with AWS, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Nice to have

• Active U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
• Experience supporting government, regulated, or compliance-driven environments.
• Knowledge of zero-downtime deployment strategies and disaster recovery planning.
