What you will do

• Define the engagement model and adoption playbooks for specific client verticals to transform how legal teams operate.
• Lead and coach a multi-layered team of Engagement Associates and Managers to act as strategic advisors.
• Own the post-sale customer experience, encompassing onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization.
• Establish operational rhythms, including portfolio reviews and health inspections, to scale execution.
• Partner with GTM leadership to manage complex renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate vertical-level feedback into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management.
• 5+ years of experience managing client-facing teams, including managing other team leads and managers.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering change-management programs within large, complex organizations.
• Experience with high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech, ideally within regulated industries.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to steer C-suite and senior legal stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto for on-site work
