What you will do

• Collaborate with the Lead Designer to deliver engaging, interactive stories.
• Implement and own cinematic sequences using a proprietary scripting system.
• Work with engineers, designers, and artists to identify issues and generate high-quality solutions.
• Shape the narrative vision of the game through cinematic framing and timing.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of professional experience as a game designer on a shipped AAA title.
• Strong grasp of narrative craft and player engagement techniques.
• Keen eye for cinematic framing, timing, and scene presentation.
• Technically-minded problem solver capable of mastering proprietary tools.
• Clear and confident communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of animation timelines and human behavior.
• Passion for RPGs and understanding of genre conventions.
• Experience with visual or node-based scripting tools.
