What you will do

• Review and refine game concepts from the backlog for the Skunk Works prototyping team.
• Develop narrative arcs capable of sustaining episodic content.
• Define plot, theme, tone, and mood, and create characters and settings.
• Create storyboards to guide the development of prototypes.
• Collaborate with and critique co-dev teams' prototype work.
• Organize and lead recording sessions for story-based audio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience writing for games.
• Experience with storyboarding in games, TV, or movies.
• Strong understanding of soft/gray in-world storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment.
• Must be a U.S.-based employee.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with design and art on world-building implementation.
• Experience directing voice actors.
• Passion for the horror genre and atmospheric storytelling.
