Professional Services Solutions Architect (SASE): Designing and implementing converged cloud networking and security solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on SASE architecture, technical oversight, and implementation best practices. Focus on creating high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD) documentation, managing complex multi-vendor infrastructures, and bridging business goals with technical implementation.

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time is required.

What you will do

• Lead solutions design for complex projects across both pre-sales and post-sales motions.
• Provide technical oversight and act as the primary technical escalation point for a portfolio of projects.
• Drive the development of Cato PS best practices, reference architectures, and implementation methodology.
• Perform design and implementation reviews for internal and partner deployments to ensure quality.
• Act as a Product Management liaison, providing field feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Coordinate customer onboarding training and foster collaboration between Sales, Customer Success, and R&D.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multi-vendor network or security infrastructure as an architect or senior engineer.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in routing (BGP, EIGRP, etc.) and switching.
• Expertise in at least 3 domains: SD-WAN, Firewall/Proxy, SWG/CASB/DLP, Identity Management, IPS, Load Balancing, or Kubernetes.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles (consulting, PS, pre-sales) with a proven track record of creating HLD and LLD documentation.
• Experience designing network infrastructure within AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be based in London, UK and possess a solid command of English.
