What you will do

• Lead digital creative for NPD launches and ongoing DTC optimizations across hirify.global.com.
• Oversee a team of senior designers focused on landing pages and conversion-optimized creative.
• Translate product briefs and GTM strategy into compelling creative platforms.
• Develop creative frameworks and design systems that scale across products and categories.
• Champion a test-and-learn culture by reviewing A/B results and iterating based on performance data.
• Collaborate with UX, Digital Store, and GTM teams to ensure seamless digital experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital creative, with at least 2 years in a senior lead or ACD capacity.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellent digital design craft across e-commerce and campaign creative.
• Experience managing and developing a team of designers.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce creative, PDP design, landing pages, and paid media.
• Competency producing AI Generative Creative using node-based systems like Flora or Weavy.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools like OpenAI or Claude.
