Compensation: $141,520 – $208,000 (varies by location).

What you will do

• Design and maintain robust business data models to support GTM analytics and reporting.
• Drive the automation of the BI ecosystem by treating dashboards and semantic layers as code.
• Develop automated data reconciliation and quality checks to ensure consistency.
• Create compelling visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to codify and document critical business metrics.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks to ensure scalable and reproducible data infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data engineering.
• Advanced expertise in SQL and hands-on experience designing data models.
• Experience with BI platforms like Tableau for executive reporting.
• Proven track record of implementing data quality frameworks, CI/CD, and data observability.
• Strong technical communication and mentorship skills.
• Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).

Nice to have

• Experience with code-based BI tools like Looker/LookML, dbt, or Cube.js.
• Software engineering mindset (code reviews, automated testing, environment separation).
• Experience with AI products (e.g., Claude, Cortex, Glean).
• Familiarity with GTM technology stacks like Salesforce or Gong.
