TL;DR

What you will do

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Ensure teams follow Scrum frameworks and Agile principles while leading continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate operational execution by managing task backlogs, resource allocations, and operational sprints with hybrid Agile/Waterfall methods.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs and operational metrics to support high-quality delivery.
• Identify and remove platform impediments, technical dependencies, and team blocks; communicate risks and system issues to stakeholders.
• Partner with product owners, technical developers, and business stakeholders to align deliverables with organizational goals, budget, and timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3+ years using Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, sprints, and task tracking.
• 3+ years leading core Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
• 3+ years with database querying and database programming concepts.
• 3+ years using standard Agile project management tools.
• 3+ years managing technical projects under hybrid methodologies combining Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Verifiable Bachelor’s degree (any field of study).
• Ability to pass public sector background screenings, including criminal history, credit history, driving record, drug screening, and E-Verify checks.

Nice to have

• Professional Agile certifications (CSM or PSM).
• Experience in state or federal government technology environments.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform implementations.
