Salary: $130,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Design and develop HIL test benches for full effector system integration.
• Integrate high-fidelity simulation models including flight dynamics and sensors.
• Integrate hardware components like autopilot boards, communication links, and power systems.
• Develop automated test suites and regression frameworks for firmware validation.
• Collaborate with GNC and software teams to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Debug complex hardware-software interactions using telemetry and logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in HIL testing or embedded systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with HIL or SIL simulation environments.
• Proficiency in real-time simulation platforms like dSPACE or NI VeriStand.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience with ROS or ROS 2.
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink for control system modeling.
• Experience with FPGA firmware or embedded Linux.
• FAA Part 107 certification.
