What you will do

• Lead a team of Product Managers delivering complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Partner with customers to identify use cases with clear ROI and define success metrics before building.
• Operate in high ambiguity to shape opportunities and guide delivery from early stages to production.
• Own a portfolio across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across parallel engagements.
• Support PMs day-to-day by helping prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock implementations.
• Identify solution patterns, push for reuse/productization with the Platform team, and mentor PMs to improve product judgment.

Requirements

• Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage strong PMs: set direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity—define problems and lead teams from early stages to production.
• Track record of driving products/systems from concept to real-world impact while balancing speed, quality, and scale.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers.
