What you will do

• Plan and manage IT operations and infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation.
• Coordinate service desk, database, systems administration, and network support activities.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and milestones in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
• Oversee operational projects including server upgrades, application deployments, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor service desk performance, incident resolution, and service-level metrics.
• Facilitate operational coordination meetings and provide performance reports to government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical or business field
• PMP, ITIL, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or comparable certification required
• At least five years of experience in technical direction and IT project management
• At least one year of supervisory or team-lead experience
• At least two years of experience in change management and process improvement

Nice to have

• Experience managing Federal IT operations or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Knowledge of NIST vulnerability remediation and STIG requirements
