What you will do

• Coordinate routine maintenance, emergency changes, and project tasks to minimize system downtime.
• Provide day-to-day planning and oversight for data centers, networks, servers, and applications.
• Conduct daily operations stand-up meetings with the contractor IT workforce.
• Maintain overall health and status awareness of all assigned resources and projects.
• Develop recommendations for process and technology improvements to support continuous improvement programs.
• Provide operational updates to customer leadership as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years of IT Project Management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) within 6 months.
• Ability to obtain PMP or DAWIA PM Level II certification within 6 months.
• Experience managing dispersed teams and complex IT solutions in a large-scale enterprise.

Nice to have

• Experience with Special Access Programs (SAPs).
• Knowledge of Defense Procurement and Acquisition processes.
• Operational Air Force experience.
• Certifications such as GSLC, CISSP, or CISM.
• Formal training in ITIL modules (Service Operation, OSA, or CSI).
