Senior Production Artist

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end production of corporate collateral including white papers, brochures, and digital templates.
• Collaborate with editorial and presentation teams to transform complex data into clear, compelling charts and graphs.
• Master and enforce global brand standards across all print and digital materials.
• Create press-ready mechanicals and ensure rigorous quality control for all file preparation.
• Partner with project managers and internal clients to track deliverables against defined schedules.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and project documentation on shared servers.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional design experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Formal training and deep expertise in typography, production, and prepress skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into information graphics and charts.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to work on both Mac and PC.

Nice to have

• Background in the financial services industry.
• Basic coding skills.
• Familiarity with digital content management systems like SiteCore, ClickDimensions, or Cvent.
