Art Director (Cybersecurity)

Location: Austin Office; onsite

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and lead creative projects from concept through design, execution, and final delivery.
• Create high-fidelity visual work for campaigns, web, social, digital, print, OOH, motion, video, multimedia, events, and interactive experiences.
• Translate abstract ideas, strategic inputs, and complex concepts into clear visual storytelling through typography, illustration, photography, iconography, and graphic development.
• Build and evolve style guides, brand kits, design libraries, visual systems, and modular design frameworks.
• Provide art direction for internal and external videographers, photographers, agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Product, Content, Account, development, and production stakeholders; mentor designers and motion creatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant design or art direction experience in a creative agency, studio, or in-house environment.
• BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or an equivalent field.
• Portfolio required to apply, demonstrating visual design, concept development, brand systems, campaigns, typography, layout, and multi-channel execution.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with strong knowledge of digital, experiential, and multi-platform design.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual systems, UX/UI principles, web and social media standards, motion, animation, and storyboarding.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, prioritization, and mentoring skills, including experience with generative AI tools for concepting and creative exploration.
