What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions.

• Provide strategic advice to hiring managers regarding candidate skill sets and company fit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Familiarity with resume databases, job boards, and innovative sourcing techniques.
