What you will do

• Setup, maintain, and support AMS simulation environments for CMOS FinFET and BiCMOS high-speed design projects.
• Collaborate with analog design teams and EDA vendors to resolve simulation-related issues.
• Work with TCAD and foundry technology teams on device/circuit modeling topics.
• Periodically evaluate and benchmark AMS simulation tools and present findings to design teams.
• Define, develop, and validate custom circuit checks and model QA flows.
• Create automation scripts to improve design and verification team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; or a Master’s degree/PhD with 3-5 years of experience; or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience setting up and maintaining analog/mixed-signal simulation flows for advanced FinFET process technologies.
• Proficiency with industry-standard AMS simulation tools (e.g., ADE, AMS Designer, Spectre, FineSim, AFS).
• Strong understanding of AMS flows including design entry, simulation, parasitic extraction, and post-layout simulation.
• Knowledge of device models and experience debugging complex high-speed analog/RF simulation issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience with Virtuoso Schematic Editor, PDK, CDF, and netlisting.
• Programming skills in TCL, Python, Perl, or SKILL.
