What you will do

• Specify, develop, and design analog and mixed-signal ICs for cardiac rhythm management products.
• Create schematics and perform verification simulations using Cadence EDA tools.
• Direct and review IC layout activities to ensure signal integrity and thermal performance.
• Develop and maintain simulation testbenches to verify functionality over PVT variations.
• Conduct lab characterization and verification using test equipment, Python, and LabView.
• Collaborate across systems, research, and firmware teams to drive circuit innovation.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design (or 2 years with an advanced degree).
• Proficiency with Cadence EDA tools (Spectre, ADE).
• Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week in Mounds View, MN.

Nice to have

• MS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience with ultra-low power design and subthreshold methodologies.
