What you will do

• Shape content structure and personalization layers.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers on content-dependent features.
• Build AI-powered workflows for content production, from script generation to voiceover automation.
• Set quality standards for content and localization.
• Use product data to inform content decisions and improve retention and engagement.
• Oversee content production end-to-end, partnering with internal and external resources.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in content roles at consumer product companies (subscription apps, EdTech, wellness, gaming, or similar).
• Experience building content at scale through repeatable processes.
• Experience shipping AI workflows that measurably improved content output.
• English fluency with near-native writing quality.
• Comfortable in product dashboards and collaboration tools.
• Track record of taking a content function from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10.

Nice to have

• Second language fluency (DE, ES, FR, PT, or IT).
• Background in wellness, fitness, mental health, or behavioral science.
• Video production experience (scripting, directing, editing).
• Experience with localization at scale.
