What you will do

• Review and optimize existing warranty and services products to reduce costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the central point of connection between Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, and external partners for project rollouts.
• Develop financial targets and planning infrastructure for warranty and maintenance subscription programs.
• Implement cost-controlling procedures and design training materials for local entities in Europe.
• Design and execute complex projects from the ground up to turn ideas into concrete market offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin, Germany (onsite).
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in Automotive warranty or maintenance contracts management.
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance, or a comparable field.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
